This 2-part series (August 18 & 25) prepares you and your support person for the final stages of pregnancy; labor and birth; and the early days of parenthood. Anesthesia options as well as breathing and relaxation techniques are covered.

Registering for this series holds your spot in both classes (August 18 & 25 from 3:30-6:30pm) and for the Birthing Center Tour on August 25 at 2:00pm. You do not need to register separately for this tour.

PLEASE NOTE:
Class fees are non-refundable. However if a conflict should arise, it may be possible to move to another class date if space is available. Please call 865-305-9300 for more information. Classes fill quickly, so register early!
