A: If you’re scheduled for an office visit, your provider may determine that you can be treated over the phone or via a virtual appointment instead of an in-person visit. Contact your physician’s office for more information.
Q: How can I schedule a new telehealth visit?
A: Request your visit with your physician’s office as you normally would and mention telehealth. Your provider will then decide if your visit qualifies for a telehealth appointment.
