Our state of the art Emergency Department, the region’s only Level I Trauma Center, serves as a tertiary referral center with dedicated emergency medicine professionals. Resources allow care of patients with ruptured aneurysms, cardiac emergencies, strokes and other time-limited, life-threatening emergencies – in addition to those affected by natural or man-made disasters -- at a moment’s notice.
