Our knowledgeable instructors will provide you and your loved one with the information and tips you need to enter your birth experience with confidence. Learn what to expect and get answers to many questions you may not realize you have. As noted below, some of our in-person classes have been suspended due to COVID-19 precautions. Childbirth Preparation Class 

Want to learn more about comfort techniques to help during labor? Or what medication options are available? Join this class to learn about the progression of labor, when to go to the hospital, physical and emotional changes to expect after delivery and much more. (Offered as a 3-part Weeknight Series, an all-day Saturday Class or an at home self paced eClass) Cost – $65  

Newborn Care 

Sign up for this class to learn about ALL things baby. Learn more about holding and comforting your baby as well as great tips about bathing, diapering, feeding, cord care, circumcision care, how to take your baby’s temperature and when to call the doctor. Cost – $25

Infant Safety & CPR Class

You want nothing more than to keep your child safe and secure. Put yourself at ease by learning about safe sleep for infants, choking prevention, baby proofing your home, car seat safety and important safety resources. Infant CPR is taught using the American Heart Association’s Friends & Family Course – designed for people who want to learn CPR but don’t need CPR certification. Cost – $25

Breastfeeding Class

Get a head start on successful breastfeeding. This class is taught by the same board-certified lactation consultants that will assist you and your baby during your hospital stay. You’ll learn about the normal behavior of breastfeeding infants, how to care for yourself and how to know if your baby is getting enough milk. As with all our classes, you are welcome to bring your partner or support person. Cost – $25 

Sibling Class  (currently suspended)

Prepares children 10 and under for the arrival of a new baby and promotes positive feelings about becoming a big brother or sister. (May include preparing children to be present for birth if requested by parents) Cost – $10 per child 

Prenatal Yoga (currently suspended)

Take time to connect with your baby and your body. Prenatal yoga is an ideal form of exercise during pregnancy. Sign up for this series of classes that includes stretching, strengthening, relaxation and breathing practice. Cost – $35 for 4-class series

Infant Massage (currently suspended)

Infant massage is beneficial and relaxing for both you and your baby! It may help to improve your baby’s sleep and alleviate a variety of discomforts. Bring your little one (6 months or younger) and learn the art of infant massage in this five-week series. Cost – $25
