Coumadin Clinic

For our patients’ convenience, University Cardiology and the Heart Lung Vascular Institute offer an on-site Coumadin Clinic, for patients receiving care at the main campus.

The clinic is located on the third floor of the Heart Lung Vascular Institute and is open for patients to drop by for a check on their medication. A member of our medical staff is available to perform a check and will adjust your Coumadin dosage as needed on the spot.
