University Pharmacy New Hours of Operation – Effective August 7th

University Pharmacy is proud to announce expanded business hours effective August 7th.

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

We know that a trip to the hospital or the doctor’s office can be a stressful experience. And we recognize that the last thing you want to do is make another stop to get your prescriptions filled. That’s why University Pharmacy, our on-site pharmacy, is located conveniently at The University of Tennessee Medical Center in the lobby adjacent to the Gift Shop and Garden View Eatery.

Order Prescription Refills

To order prescription refills, please log into the pharmacy patient portal. If you have questions or need assistance, please call the pharmacy at 865-305-7420.

Pick Up Your Medication

You can pick up orders during regular business hours.

If you are a patient in the medical center, your doctor or nurse can phone or fax your prescriptions to us. You can pick them up when you’re discharged, or our concierge service will deliver them straight to your room.

How Does University Pharmacy Work?

University Pharmacy works the same way as any other pharmacy. We accept most insurance plans, take cash and credit cards as payment and have pharmacists ready to consult with you and answer any questions you may have. We offer a variety of in-stock sundry items, such as over-the-counter medications, personal hygiene, wound care, eye care products, contact lens holders, earplugs, baby care, dental care and foot care items.

For your convenience, we offer:
