All UT Medical Center Urgent Care Clinics serve patients over the age of two.

COVID-19 Information
UT Urgent Care is currently evaluating and testing patients for COVID-19 on a first come first serve basis. Patients must have symptoms for 24 hours to qualify for a rapid swab . Patients who are asymptomatic or symptoms less than 24 hours qualify for a PCR send out swab. We break from 2 -3 pm for lunch and are unable to evaluate patients with Covid-19 symptoms after 8 pm. Please select which location you would like to be seen at and complete online registration below prior to arrival.
About Us
These walk-in clinics now offer urgent/emergent care medical services to established and new patients in the Knoxville walk-in clinics. The urgent care clinics provide the convenience of a walk-in clinic with the expertise of an emergency room, with specialized after-hour medical care for illnesses and injuries that require medical attention but are not life-threatening. Patients will be cared for by either a physician or an experienced nurse practitioner.
The urgent care clinics offer extended hours, weekend hours and holiday hours with access to physicians, nursing care and laboratory right on site.
